The Humber Pig 4x4 is a double armored vehicle that was developed for the British Army in the early 1950's. Produced by Rootes, Armored body by G.K.N. Used for internal security, Explosive Ordnance disposal and Ambulance. Used extensively in Northern Ireland against urban disruptions. Has firing ports for the crew. Hull is welded steel to give maximum protection against frontal attack by .300 S.A.A.P., side and rear attack by .303. The Humber Pig drives like an American auto because of the standard transmission and clutch system. Different version available. Run Flat Tires.
